Children’s - Maple Grove is a new developmental and rehabilitation services clinic serving the northwest metro. Located on Elm Creek Boulevard near the intersection of Interstates 94 and 494, the clinic brings new pediatric services to families in the area. Services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology.

Drive I-35W south. Merge onto I-694 West. Exit at Hemlock Lane, turn right. Continue to Elm Creek Boulevard, turn left. The clinic is on the left side of the street.

From the southwest:
Drive I-494 north. Merge onto I-694 east. Exit at Hemlock Lane,tturn north. Continue to Elm Creek Boulevard, turn left. The clinic is on the left side of the street.

From the southeast:
Drive Hwy. 169 north. Merge onto I-694 west. Exit at Hemlock Lane, turn right. Continue to Elm Creek Boulevard, turn left. The clinic is on the left side of the street.

From the east:
