The Benefits Program is a comprehensive and flexible package that meets the needs of
a diverse workforce. The program is available to both full-time and eligible part-time
employees.
Eligibility
All active, regular employees scheduled to work at least 20 hours a week are eligible.
MNA Registered Nurses scheduled to work 16 hours per week are also eligible. Eligible
dependents include:
- Your spouse
- Your same-sex domestic partner, as defined by the plan
- Your or your spouse's/domestic partner's child(ren)
- Child(ren) up to their 19th birthday, unless they are full-time students, in which case they're covered up to their 25th birthday
