Children’s Associations

Children's hospitals in St. Paul and Minneapolis were started, in large part, because of the efforts of two groups of women from those communities. The associations for each hospital raise money and awareness for Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. Without the dedication of association members, Children's of Minnesota would not exist today.

The Children's Association – Minneapolis

Since 1958, "For the Love of Children," has served as the guiding principle for more than 200 volunteer members of Children’s Association - Minneapolis. This can-do group was largely responsible for Children’s – Minneapolis opening its doors many years ago. In fact, Children’s of Minnesota would not exist today without the financial support and spirited promotion by both associations. For more information about joining The Association of Children's - Minneapolis as a volunteer, or for gift giving information, contact our Association Office at (612) 813-6226.

Children's Hospital Association (St. Paul)

"Making a difference…one child at a time".
Since 1933, compassionate members of the community have been working together to raise funds for Children’s Hospital Association (CHA). These funds support many programs in the hospital as well as in the community-at-large. In 2008, CHA was able to gift $837,936 to Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. If you are interested in becoming a member of CHA, or would like more information, call (651) 220-6175.
