Visit Kid's Build A Boat Cove at the Minneapolis Boat Show and, for a suggested $5 donation, build and sail your very own boat! The Minneapolis Boat Show will take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

01/21/2012 Wilbur Cares Kickoff Charity Concert at Famous Dave's
Famous Dave's will be hosting a Wilbur Cares Kickoff Charity Concert at the Famous Dave’s in Uptown. There will be live music, a silent auction, Wilbur Cares Dolls, games, and great BBQ. 100% of the proceeds from the cover charge, silent auction, and games will come directly to Children's.

01/22/2012 Ice Skating at The Depot Rink
The Depot has long been a friend of Children's and they know the importance of supporting kids and families in their community. That's why The Depot Rink is offering Children's patients, families, staff and supporters a reduced ticket rate for "Children's Hospitals Night at the Depot Rink!" Experience this fun, indoor ice skating rink with 100% of the proceeds being donated directly to Children's.

4/21/2012 Children's Star Gala - the 21st Annual Thank God For Kids
Children's Star Gala, the 21st Annual Thank God for Kids, is a spectacular evening of dinner, dancing, silent and live auctions to raise funds for the Cancer Kids Fund. Emceed by Frank Vascellaro and Belinda Jenson, the Star Gala benefits the Cancer Kids Fund and when it comes down to it, this special night helps comfort sick kids, lessen fears, and build new memories.

6/12/2011 Challenge for Children’s Big Game
MN Pro Paintball hosts the 4th annual Challenge for Children’s Big Game on Sunday, May 20th, 2012. It's a scenario-based, big game suitable for all levels of paintball players, from first-timers to experienced veterans. All proceeds from the paintball event benefit a cardiac program endowment at Children’s.

6/3/2012 Baby Steps 3K
Baby Steps is once again taking place at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds Grandstand. The 3K Walk and Neonatal Program Party is a fun event to celebrate, educate and fund raise for the neonatal program at Children's.

6/11/2012 Children’s Hospitals Golf Benefit
The 21st annual Children's Hospitals Golf Benefit presented by the Twin Cities Audi Dealers – Carousel Audi and Maplewood Audi will be held a the White Bear Yacht Club in White Bear Lake. Proceeds will support the Family Needs Fund and Pain and Palliative Care program.

6/23/2012 HeartBeat 5000
The 10th annual HeartBeat 5000 5K Walk/Run and Kids Fun Run will be held at Father Hennepin Park, on the north side of the StoneArch Bridge in downtown Minneapolis.Proceeds from this event benefit the cardiac care program at Children's.

6/25/2012 Great Clips Charity Golf Classic
The 17th annual Great Clips Charity Golf Classic will be held at Golden Valley Golf and Country Club. Proceeds benefit The Children’s Association – Minneapolis.

7/16/2012 Erik’s Tournament for the Heart
The 4th annual Erik’s Tournament for the Heart Golf Tournament will be held at The Refuge in Oak Grove. The event honors Erik, who was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and benefits cardiac needs at Children's.

8/2 - 5/2012 Pine Tree Apple Tennis Classic
The 27th annual Pine Tree Apple Tennis Classic is an annual tournament and is considered one of the premier, USTA-sanctioned mixed doubles tournaments in the upper Midwest. Additional festivities include sponsor appreciation party, chip timed 10K Run, 5K Run/Walk, Kids Fun Run, auctions and raffle. Tournament proceeds support the cancer research program at Children's.
