Summer Program Requirements
Between March 1 and April 1, we accept applications for our summer volunteer program, which is open to students (junior high, high school, and college) only.
NEW FOR 2012: Summer applications will ONLY be accepted during this four-week period!

This application is specifically for students enrolled in an academic track for Occupational, Physical or Speech Therapy as a career.
*NOTE: This application encompasses all Children's sites (Minneapolis, St. Paul, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, Roseville and Woodbury).
PAWH (AAT) Volunteer Application
This application is specifically for handlers with a Delta Society Registered Pet Partner.
*NOTE: This application encompasses all Children's sites (Minneapolis, St. Paul, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, Roseville and Woodbury).
