| Children’s Associations
Children's hospitals in St. Paul and Minneapolis were started, in large part,
because of the efforts of two groups of women from those communities.
The associations for each hospital raise money and awareness for Children's Hospitals
and Clinics of Minnesota. Without the dedication of association members, Children's of
Minnesota would not exist today.

The Children's Association – Minneapolis
For more than 50 years, women with a passion for helping children have volunteered countless hours and energy through The Children’s Association – Minneapolis.
 | Over 200 supporters make up the eight chapters for the association. | | Last year, they raised more than $487,000 for Children’s of Minnesota bringing the total amount raised since its inception to nearly $10 million. | | Areas in the Minneapolis hospital that are supported by the association include Great Clips Family Resource Center, Star Studio, pediatrics clinic, pain and palliative care, the Great Clips Sibling Play Area, music therapy, child life, and the non-clinical family needs fund. |
