Summer Program Requirements
Between March 1 and April 1, we accept applications for our summer volunteer program, which is open to students (junior high, high school, and college) only.
NEW FOR 2012: Summer applications will ONLY be accepted during this four-week period! The summer application will CLOSE at 5 pm on Sunday, April 1st, so please plan accordingly: applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

This application is specifically for students enrolled in an academic track for Occupational, Physical or Speech Therapy as a career.
