Transfer Road houses Children's materials management office. It is centrally located in St. Paul’s midway area north of University Avenue and east of Highway 280. Free parking is available adjacent to the building.

Driving Directions

From I-94:
Take the Cretin/Vandalia exit and turn north on Vandalia St. Turn right on University Ave. and proceed to Transfer Road (first light). Turn left on Transfer Road. Proceed north and cross the railroad tracks, then make an immediate right to the Transfer Road Business Center. Enter through the main entrance, and look for the Children’s sign.
