This project was undertaken after speaking with many of the Midwest Regional Children's Advocacy Center Directors who identified that funding is a major issue for them.
Because of the time-intensive need to search for funding, many director's simply don't have the ability to tap into available funds due to lack of time and resources.
This report outlines various avenues for a Children's Advocacy Center to pursue in order to apply for funding.
The majority are grants, but there is also some "how to" information that will help to guide the CAC Director on how to pursue obtaining monies for their center.
Much of the information gleamed for this report was from multiple searches on the Foundation Directory, one of the tools now available to associate and full/accredited member CACs.
