NCA n.e.t. is a videoconferencing network that allows every connected CAC to see and hear any other CAC live, and in real time.  It's very much like being in the same room, but no one has to travel.  If you are interested in joining NCA n.e.t., please fill in all boxes and click on the "Submit Form Button" at the end.  This form will be sent electronically to MRCAC, only if you click on "Submit Form".  If you do not hear back from MRCAC regarding your application in a timely manner, please call us at 651-220-6802.
