Male: Levels increase to 10 – 40 pg/mL between 30 to 60 days, then decline to <25 pg/mL by 12 months.
Female: Levels increase to 10 – 60 pg/mL between 30 to 60 days, then decline to <25 pg/mL by 12 months.
