Collection:

Routine blood collection. Mix tubes containing anticoagulant by gentle inversion.

Special Processing:

Lab Staff: Centrifuge specimen, remove serum/plasma aliquot into plastic sample cup. Analyze sample immediately or store at refrigerated temperatures.

Do Not use ultracentrifugation.
