Lab Staff: Do Not centrifuge specimen. Store and send at room temperature in original collection container. Use ANW request form B. Call (612-863-4541) prior to sending specimen. Send to MOB 402 (Allina Cytogenetics).
Note: Order both probes if Angelman and Prader-Willi are ordered. If the care provider orders FISH: 15q11-13, call and clarify the order since 4 microdeletions are located in this area.
