As part of our Employee Referral Bonus Program, if you refer a qualified friend or acquaintance that we hire at any one of our hospitals or clinics, we’ll pay you $500 ($1,000 for RN hires).
Eligibility

Must be a current Children's Hospitals and Clinics employee.

All employees are eligible to participate, except for management level and above, and HR employees.

The Applicant:
|

Must be hired.
|
|

Must be hired at a benefit-eligible position and be an external hire.
|

Monetary rewards will not be issued for referrals of temporary-to-regular employees, students, interns or anyone who is rehired within 12 months of resignation date.

How the Process Works
There are three ways to tell your friends about job openings at Children’s:

E-mail a position to your friend. On the Employment Opportunities page, search for a job opening, and click the “E-mail to Friend” button

Have your friend apply directly at http://www.childrensmn.org/Employment
|

When your referral applies for a position, tell them to select “Children’s Employee” in the field titled, “How did you find out about the job?” and put your name and your Children’s e-mail address in the blanks.
Monetary rewards will be paid within 60 days of your referral’s start date and are subject to applicable payroll taxes.
