Advisory Board Meeting Minutes
May 6, 2008

Agenda:
1) Leadership June 16-18, 2008:
Regional meeting sessions will be held on Wednesday, June 18th from 8-9:45am. We will meet as a group and each state will have a member talk about the following:
1) What they’ve accomplished as a chapter for the past year- overall
2) Strategic plans for the past year and what they plan for 2009
3) State peer review (if applicable)
4) Where they are at in planning for Chapter Accreditation (standards will be sent out)
Each representative will have 10 minutes to present (no Power Point). Please bring handouts of any chapter “product” to share with everyone (~20 copies) i.e.: peer review protocol, strategic planning, legislative initiatives, training, etc.
MRCAC will scholarship one representative per state up to $1500 in expenses (this includes travel and meal reimbursement). PLEASE remember you MUST SAVE all boarding passes, itemized receipts (including those for travel if airfare is not arranged through MRCAC), and agendas in order to be reimbursed. Any requests for reimbursement without the proper back-up documentation will not be reimbursed. No exceptions. Meals per diem will only be reimbursed up to $46.
2) Call Around: Kim will be beginning her second round of calling every CAC in the Midwest region, beginning in June. Please let her know if you need anything like training, strategic planning help, etc for your CAC, MDT or Chapter.
