The Benefits Program is a comprehensive and flexible package that meets the needs of a diverse workforce. The program is available to both full-time and eligible part-time employees.


All active, non-union employees scheduled to work at least 24 hours a week are eligible. MNA Nurses scheduled to work 16 hours per week and Local 113 union employees scheduled to work 20 hours per week are also eligible. Eligible dependents include:

  • Your spouse
  • Child(ren) up to age 26, unless they have coverage available through their own employer
