Children’s Healthcare Career Exploration Programs (HCEP) offer two options for community members (non-employees) interested in exploring healthcare fields. All HCEP applicants (observations, seminars, or interviews) must be at least 16 years of age and have completed their junior year of high school.
1. Observer Program
The Observer Program provides individual opportunities to observe Children's staff in order to learn more about their field and fulfill personal career exploration objectives. This experience is entirely hands-off, and is supervised by a professional. Positions are limited and based on provider availability.
