Cheryl has been volunteering at Children’s-St. Paul since 2008.  She has been volunteering at the Welcome Center for 2 years, and volunteered on the inpatient units for 1 year.  Cheryl is currently retired, and previously worked  in commercial banking and advertising in Chicago & Minneapolis.  She says, “I always loved being around children, and once I retired, began to look for opportunities in Volunteer Services.” 

In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys playing the piano, reading, word games, traveling, and spending time with friends.   Her favorite parts of volunteering are “the interactions that I have with the children and meeting new people.”
