VOLUNTEERS WANTED for the HeartBeat 5000 on Saturday, June 25th at Father Hennepin Bluffs Park in Minneapolis! This 5K run raises funds for Children’s cardiac program.
The following volunteer opportunities are available:
Friday, June 24th
*1:00-4:00 pm: 5 volunteers needed to help with event set-up
Saturday, June 25th
* 8:00-10:30 am, Mile Markers: 6 volunteers needed to time runners as they pass the mile markers.
* 8:30-9:15 am, Kids’ Fun Run: 6 volunteers needed to coordinate Kids’ Fun Run, take photos and distribute participant ribbons to all kids involved.
* 8:00-9:30 am, Start Line: 4 volunteers needed to help keep start line clear of spectators and assist with set-up/take-down of start line.
* 7:00-10:30 am, T-Shirt Distribution: 4 volunteers needed to distribute T-shirts to participants.
