31st Annual Wagon Train for Youth
09.12.14 - 09.14.14   |
Waseca County Fairgrounds - Waseca

The Minnesota Sheriff's Posse Association's 31st Annual Wagon Train for Youth is a 3-day event based at the Waseca County Fairgrounds in Waseca, MN. Each day a procession of horses of various types, ponies, mules, wagons, carts, and riding horses will leave from the fairgrounds and follow a route of up to 20 miles, before returning to the fairgrounds each night.

Please note: You do not need a wagon to participate. Riders with saddled horses will follow the wagons - all horses (and mules!) are welcome. You should ensure that your horse is up to date on all vaccinations. Any unruly horses posing a significant safety threat will be asked to leave. Please ensure that all riders are appropriately matched to their horse. We strongly recommend safety helmets for all riders under the age of 18 and that horses be shod all the way around.

The wagon train is hosted by the Waseca County Sheriff's Mounted Posse and benefits Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota.
