Running eLearning from home?
 | Use a high-speed connection for best performance (cable, dsl, broadband, or better) |  | A dial-up (modem) connection takes a long time to download each lesson, but the lessons run normally once downloaded.
|  | You may experience authentication errors with some dial-up (modem) internet carriers.
|  | Scanning software on your computer (such as spam filters, anti-spyware, anti-virus) may affect how the lessons run. |  | Children's Help Desk cannot support how the lessons run on your machine, but they can help you with the User ID/Password. |
