It gives you 24/7 secure online access to your Children’s medical records, all with the click of a button. Since it’s secure, you can rest assured that your information is protected and confidential.
View Your Medical Record
MyChildren’s allows you to view your child’s medical record, including lab results, discharge information, personal demographic information, and upcoming appointments, in addition to tracking immunizations, medications and allergies.
Request Or Change Appointments
With MyChildren’s 24/7 online access, you can request to schedule an appointment with your child’s care provider at any time. You can also request to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Communicate Directly With Your Health Provider
MyChildren’s allows you to send messages to your child’s care team any time. Ask questions, confirm medications and more - all in a secure environment.
MyChildren’s is HIPAA compliant and provides you with the ability to securely view, store and share your health information.
The front desk staff at your Children’s clinic can help you register and set-up your MyChildren’s account. Upon registering for MyChildren’s with your Children’s clinic, you will receive an automated email invitation. Complete the simple registration process and you’re on your way to 24/7 medical record access! Patients under 18 must have their parent/legal guardian request a MyChildren’s account. When a child turns 18, access for the parent/legal guardian expires, but can be reinstated with documentation showing they are still legal guardians or by the patient enrolling themselves and giving proxy to the parent/legal guardian.
