How to address concerns, complaints, and grievances
If you and your family have any questions, concerns, or wish to file a grievance, there are several resources at Children's who are available to assist you. There are also many external resources, such as the Joint Commission, Minnesota Department of Health, Office of Health Facilities Complaints, and others, with whom you may file a grievance.
