Welcome to Children's Hospitals and Clinics Employee Self Service, a flexible and easy way to review and update your personal data and benefits and view and apply for current job openings – anytime from any computer at home, the library, or while working at Children's.

Security Information
Your employment information is secure and utilizes approved encryption technology. To access your information, you must enter a User ID and Password, both provided to you in a mailing from the ESC! If you need to reset your password, please contact the ITS help desk (651) 855-2500.

Accessing Your Information
After you have logged in, click on Self Service > Employee > Home. From here you can either go to the Human Resources Home page and select the area you want to view or update, or you can select a specific section to view.

My Personal Information is where you can view and update your name, address, phone, e-mail and emergency contacts.
Benefits provides a summary of your current benefits. Links to the benefit providers and customer service numbers are listed as part of the detailed information in your benefit summary.
Payroll and Compensation is where you can view your paychecks, review your direct deposit, update your voluntary deductions and view your compensation history.
Training and Development provides you with your training history.
eRecruit Employee Home allows you to refer a friend for a position, view current job postings and apply for other positions within Children’s.

For Benefit Enrollment
Click on Self Service > eBenefits > Enrollment > Benefits Enrollment. The enrollment link is available to a new hire or newly benefit eligible employee to make benefit elections. Employees can also use this link during open enrollment to make benefit elections.
