As a parent of 3 babies (who is overwhelmed, scared, and exhausted), the entire staff during EVERY experience has been wonderful

After 8 weeks in the NICU we went home only to land back on the peds unit for another three weeks with all three boys for reflux and feeding issues! We have had many, many ER visits, surgeries, procedures, clinic visits, and hospital stays since that time (most recently last week with one of the kiddos).
On more than one occasion one of your staff recognized a significant medical concern early on. NEC (two times), Hydrocephalus, staff infection, and Ecoli... and saved us from surgeries or worse. I have always been so impressed with the treatment my children have received from all staff from the nurses, doctors, and CSA's to the nutrition and housekeeping staff.
And it should also be noted that as a parent of three babies who is overwhelmed, scared, and exhausted the entire staff during EVERY experience has went out of their to way to meet the needs of me and my family. From room placement to my own food cravings. I will always be thankful to all of you for being part of this journey with my family.
We have met some amazing people and formed some wonderful bonds with your staff. If it wasn't for the good fortune of receiving our care at your facility, I am certain that we would not be as happy and healthy as we are today!
Thank you Dr. Zimny and the many, many others who have served my family!
