Reducing the Risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome: Curriculum for Training Child Care Providers & Foster Parents

Minnesota legislative statute requires that staff of child care centers, family child care programs, and foster care providers receive training on SIDS risk reduction when first licensed and once every five years after that.
The Minnesota SID Center has developed a SIDS risk reduction curriculum that is a resource manual for instructors who train these child care providers. The curriculum is available for a cost of $35. A curriculum order form is available online.
