Lawson’s Legacy

The fifth annual Lawson’s Legacy – A Heart to Remember golf event at Rush Creek Golf Club in Maple Grove is scheduled for Monday, May 19, 2008. The golf tournament is held in memory of Lawson Rios who died on April 30, 2003 of Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), a rare form of congenital heart disease. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Lawson’s Legacy Fund and will be used to support congenital heart disease research. Lawson’s parents, Michael and Kara Rios, chair the event.
