Created and inspired by families, Family Forum shares the knowledge and wisdom of experienced families with children in the hospital and their families. The next issue of Family Forum will focus on collaboration.

To share your story about collaboration in an upcoming issue of Family Forum, please follow the steps listed below. A template is available to help you enter all our information and to print, save, or send your article. If you have a story to tell and would like help writing it, please call Pat Schaffner at (612) 813-6059.
1.) Write a story (250 words or less)
A template (PDF) is available to help you.
2.) Provide the following information:
Your name, phone number and / or e-mail address (we will contact you if your story will be included in Family Forum)
Your relationship to the child who was in the hospital (examples: yourself, parent, stepparent, guardian, sibling, grandparent, aunt/uncle, etc.)
3.) Send your story and information to Family Forum:

Online: You may use the “Children’s Story” submission page. Be sure to include “For Family Forum” at the end of your story so that we know that it is intended for the newsletter.
