Providers who see patients more frequently than twelve times a year at Children’s must complete EMR/CPOE training.
Need real-time assistance?
Seek assistance from another Provider, Health Unit Coordinator, Charge Nurse, or Staff Nurse. These resources are available 24 X 7 on the units to provide assistance.
Monday – Friday from 6:00AM - 8:00PM on-site support staff will be available for assistance.
If the above resources are not available, call the Children’s Help Desk at x3-2500. The Help Desk will contact on-call staff to assist you.
