Electronic Medical Record Assistance for Infrequent Providers

Infrequent Provider

An Infrequent Provider has been defined as a provider who sees patients less than 12 times a year at Children’s. Infrequent Providers are encouraged to attend formal training, but may need assistance with placing orders or completing documentation online due to infrequency of using the clinical applications.

Need real-time assistance or rounding support?

If arranging for onsite support more than 24 hours in advance, provider may complete the Infrequent Provider Call Ahead Assistance Form to arrange for rounding assistance.
