To see the professionals in the Integrative Medicine Clinic, a physician referral is preferred. However, self-referrals are also accepted. New patient appointments are scheduled after we receive the completed intake forms:

Once reviewed, an Intake Coordinator will call to schedule an appointment. When an appointment has been scheduled, see Information for Patients and Families about your visit.

We are dedicated to providing equitable, culturally sensitive care regardless of socioeconomic status or insurance coverage. Some services are covered by insurance and others are self-pay. A sliding fee scale makes a variety of therapies affordable.
