The McNeely Pediatric Diabetes Center at Children’s is the only diabetes center in the region to specialize working solely with children and teens.

Our doctors, nurses, and clinical educators deliver next-generation care by advancing new technologies and applying groundbreaking innovations. They have guided more than seven hundred families through the process of starting and refining individualized pump therapy.

The center continues to receive national recognition for its diabetes education program from the American Diabetes Association, by meeting its high educational standards.

In addition to diabetes, the center provides consultation, diagnostic services, and treatment for children with endocrine disorders such as disorders of growth, advanced or delayed sexual development, pituitary disorders, thyroid abnormalities, disorder of calcium balance, adrenal disorders, and hypoglycemia.
