Outline of Clinical Initiative
Purpose of Clinical Initiative – Education on Child Abuse
The purpose of this initiative is to increase the knowledge of participants on topics related to child abuse. We know that access to high quality training can be both time intensive as well as expensive. Highly knowledgeable and respected professionals in the area of child abuse and related fields will conduct education sessions.
Goals of Clinical Initiative
1. To provide information to participants on topics of or related to suspected child abuse and neglect.
2. To increase the knowledge of participants on topics of or related to suspected child abuse and neglect.
3. To provide participants a cost-effective way to access high quality education on child abuse.
Design of Clinical Initiative
Education on Child Abuse will occur bimonthly. Each session will last 90 minutes. Continuing education credits will be available upon request.
