Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition of Minnesota

The Palliative Care Coalition of Minnesota is dedicated to addressing palliative care needs of Minnesota’s children with life-limiting diseases and giving kids hope.

It is comprised of Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, Fairview Health Systems, Gillette Specialty Health Care, University of Minnesota School of Nursing, St. Mary’s Hospice (Duluth), and concerned parents and community members. We work with community networks throughout Minnesota including the Twin Cities, Duluth, Rochester, Alexandria, and St. Cloud.

Join the Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition of Minnesota and support important legislation that allows all children diagnosed with serious illnesses to receive hospice and palliative care by improving end-of-life care provided to children with life-threatening conditions and for other purposes.
