Can you tell me more about the work you do at Children’s?
I was hired last March as an LOA, Benefits & ESC Specialist, and in August I changed positions to a Benefits Analyst.
Why do you love working at Children’s?
I believe in our values and our goal of providing the best care for the children. I am proud to that I belong in an organization that has a worthy cause. When I look at a child, or children, I can see innocence, honesty, and simple and pure joy. These are characteristics that we can oftentimes leave behind as we mature. Serving the children is like working to sustain the basic values that make life meaningful.
