Children’s Minnesota is seeking to fill a supervisory role in our Revenue Management department. The Supervisor of Provider Enrollment is responsible for overseeing the staff and workflows within the department. As the supervisor of three Payer Enrollment Coordinators, the applicant will manage and prioritize department workload, attain standard work, and provide internal and external enrollment expertise.
We are looking for candidates who have the ability to lead others and demonstrate good mentoring and supervisory skills. Applicants should also have excellent communication skills and should have the ability to prioritize tasks and special projects on behalf of their team.

About the department
The Revenue Management department at Children’s manages accounts receivable. As part of the Revenue Management department, the provider enrollment team enrolls providers and facilities with our payers. The team also works in collaboration with Human Resources and Credentialing to onboard new providers to the organization.
