Our number one priority at Children’s Minnesota is to provide safe, high-quality care for our patients and families. As you may have heard recently, Children’s Minnesota is negotiating a new contract with the Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA). The MNA organized a strike from Sept. 12 until Sept. 15, 2022, at 7 a.m. During that time, Children’s Minnesota services continued with qualified, licensed staff.
After the end of the strike at 7 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15, Children’s Minnesota will transition back to normal operations. Families can rest assured that Children’s Minnesota is fully prepared to continue to offer high-quality care to every child who needs us. We assure you that patient safety and quality care will never be compromised.
