Children’s Minnesota is pleased to announce it has been recognized as one of Becker’s Hospital Review’s 150 top places to work in healthcare for 2023. The magazine noted that Children’s Minnesota believes that its employees are vital to creating a remarkable care experience for the children and families that come to its hospitals and clinics. The organization was also recognized for offering competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, family building, education and tuition reimbursement, wellness programs and more.
Becker’s states that the organizations highlighted on the list provide comprehensive benefits packages, opportunities for professional development and inclusive work environments. The magazine also factored in community impact by recognizing organizations that place an emphasis on giving back to their communities and providing volunteer opportunities.
