An almost two hour wait for ready care. Finally seen for about 5 minutes. Perhaps more providers available for ready care patients??

I had a great experience from scheduling the appointment and getting in same day. Checking in at the front desk was also a very pleasant and positive experience. The doctor that saw my children was excellent thorough and extremely patient. We will continue to bring our children when needed.

We were a walk in at the Rogers PIP location for my son, who I believed to have a possible high heart rate and fever. I was concerned about his heart rate and cough and wanted someone to take his vitals to ensure me that he was alright. During this time, Dr Wade Larson took care of looking over my son and his last few visits. He asked me MANY questions which I was not accustomed to as I usually am not given this amount of attention to detail for a walk-in. Dr Larson decided he was wanting my son to be seen by a pulmonologist and also to be given some swabs to test for flu, covid and RSV. After our visit to the clinic he personally called me to deliver the results and not once did I feel rushed off the phone or like he was needing to get to his next task at work. I Thanked him more than once for his extreme attention to detail and for really showing me he was putting in all the work he could to ensure my concerns or my sons wellbeing wouldn't be overlooked. I currently have a pediatrician we see at the maple grove location but we will be switching to the Rogers location to continue with Dr Larson. We were extremely, extremely pleased with our visit.

I will definitely stick with my child's original provider from now on even though it's difficult to get a timely appointment with her.

For my son's annual check up we saw Doctor Wade Larson, and his knowledge and care made me really feel at ease. My son is having ear issues and I felt like he didn't rush me and throughly explained things which I REALLY appreciated! He is great, and I couldn't be more happy with our experience!

Dr. W. Larson was extremely accommodating. He helped us problem solve a blood draw for our autistic son that was less traumatic for him. He listened to our concerns and helped us understand our son's health better. When our blood test came back, he called us and explained the results. He was knowledgeable, kind and a great listener. Thank you Dr. Larson!
