The nurse who helped us was amazing. Very helpful and easy to talk to.

Dr. Andrew Shneider is the best doctor. Having him as a doctor for our son was only the best experience and outcome. He listened to us, explained to us the best he could and helped us make the best and the right decisions for our 16 year old son who suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. I will forever be thankful to this doctor and the staff who made my son come out of the hospital healthy and on his feet.

Spent the time to be thorough in explanation of what was found and how to manage next steps My daughter is 13 and she was not well included in the discussion. No eye contact with her. No direct questions to her or to let her ask her own questions. This is my only feedback for consideration.

Dr. Schneider is the best. He is so good at explaining things to us and helping us understand our daughters situation. He takes his time and is always available to help and answer questions. Also Dr. Schneider is so good and kind with [our child]. Thank you.

The appointment overall was great. The nurse or ultrasound person was very friendly and took the time to answer all of the questions my son had about the process and about their job in general. The nurse who came in later was also extremely communicative with my son throughout the appointment. The doctor again mostly had answers to our questions, but we are still waiting to receive a callback from him regarding future MRI possibilities.

I wish I would have found this provider years ago. He is so knowledgeable, and was able to clearly explain things I should have heard from other providers from different hospitals.

The doctor was amazing. He explained things to me that no one has been able to do in the 30 years I've been dealing with the same issues on why I brought my daughter in. And the nurse was great. She explained everything before doing it and made my daughter very comfortable.
