Personal Biography
Dr. Dehua Wang is a board certified pediatric pathologist and hematopathologist who works on surgical specimens, cytology specimens, bone marrows, peripheral blood, placenta and autopsy to make pathological diagnoses and interpretations for patients. She has many years of experience on a wide variety of pediatric cases with greatest interest in the diagnoses of various pediatric tumors, leukemia/lymphoma, GI/liver diseases, histiocytic disorders and vascular anomalies. She has collaborated with multidisciplinary clinical teams in clinical studies of infantile leukemia, hematolymphoid maligancies, liver neoplasm after Fontan procedure, vascular tumor, and histiocytic disorders resulting in a number of publications and several presentations at national conferences. She enjoys working with clinicians in the diagnosis of patients and for the clinical study of diseases in all aspects. She is a member of Children's Oncology Group, The Society of Pediatric Pathology and The Society of Hematopathology.
