Dr. Alex was very professional, thorough and kind. He explained everything to us about our child's condition, including risks or side affects. He made sure to let us know what to do as follow up with our pediatrician and what to do if we had questions. We are very grateful for how quickly we were able to be scheduled for this appointment as well (within 3 days of referral).

We saw Alex and the audiologist. Both were excellent with my four year old, unrushed with me, and thorough in both listening and in answering questions.

When we went to the Minnetonka location for our daughter [...], who is 13 ... almost 13 months, and has chronic ear infections, we were very overwhelmed and frustrated because we felt that she needed tubes and her adenoids removed soon. When we arrived, we were very pleased with the help that we received from our ENT. He made us feel very listened to. He answered all our questions thoroughly, and he was just there to help, and he didn't seem like he was in a rush at all. He just was very nice, very helpful, and we really appreciated how thorough he was in regards to all the questions that we had about our daughter. Took FOREVER to get an appointment

Just that it was hard to get into our regular provider. In order to see him we had to book out 6-8 weeks. I was just glad our situation wasn't urgent.
