Impressed with how quickly I was able to speak with someone on the phone when I called and get an appointment the same day and time I wanted. We came early and were roomed and seen earlier too. We were in and out very quickly for simple strep testing and had results and treatment within an hour. Very impressed and wished other clinics have the same set up. We often go to this clinic for these "quick" sick child visits for walk in on the weekends. First time I called to get same day visit but will definitely use in the future.

It is hard to wait for care, especially with a sick baby and an energetic 5 year old, but the nurse checked in a couple times to keep us updated and as always, we received great care. I hate having to drive so far for the weekend walk in but I will stay with this clinic because of the many great experiences that we have had here.

The provider was very nice and respectable. And she understand and she answer all my question. So I was a happy with her.

During my child visit. I think that the care providers staff, admins they were very responsive to questions. If didn't know the answer, they will follow up with whoever they can get the answer for. So I think that the staff did that very well. The wait time for a walk In can be long(INAUDIBLE) schedule appointment once you see the initial nurse and they take your vital at the PTA takes your vitals when the nurse comes, in or the doctor comes in that time period, can be very, very long and children are younger. Most of the time, they're not as a patient. So that can be a little bit challenging at times for overall. Again, because we want to see, are care provider and we need some answers and solution. We stay to that visit so that is my feedback. One thing that can be approved. Is just the wait time, between waiting to see a doctor after your vitals has been taken.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The nurse saw us very quickly. The doctor was so nice and saw us in a timely manner. She took time to listen and offered good explanations
