We had a good experience with my daughter's annual exam. She has a phobia of needles and the nurse was so kind and gentle and stayed to make sure she was OK rather than rushing off after the vaccines. The doctor also struck a very good tone with my daughter (15), walking that line between humor and authority that made the situation light and enjoyable but we felt like we got great care and had trust in the staff. Thank you.

The front desk staff, rooming staff, and the provider were all very kind and patient with a teen patient and made space for her to share her concerns with her health and her cold symptoms. She left the appointment feeling very cared for and a smiling knowing she will recover. She took the providers recommendations to heart and immediately started trying them when she arrived home. Thank you for being there for this teen and making a provider patient experience so positive for her. It will help her as she moves toward adulthood and navigates those care provider relationships on her on someday. Amazing care. Thank you!

Besides sending the medicine to a wrong pharmacy, everything was great

I was very pleased with the medical assistant. He explained the procedure clear to my child and helped ease her anxiety. I trusted the provider however I did feel that she was rushing through the check up.

I'm always amazed at how quickly we are seen with Ready Care. Really grateful for the organization and good customer service at Partners in Peds. The nurses are always so good with my toddler - he gets nervous and they're so comforting and patient and kind with him. It's a huge relief as a parent.

All three staff members we encountered that day were AMAZING!! The receptionist, the nurse/ MA, and the provider. All were welcoming and provided a truly personal experience. I didn't feel like they were just going through the motions with another patient. We normally go to rogers location which is good, but this visit was above and beyond.

Hi. I have 2 young children and have brought them into children's at variant times at the... Saint Louis Park location and we have always had such great interactions, experiences with Nick the medical assistant. He's such a calming, welcoming person. So don't lose him because he is really great...That's all I have to say.

Thank you for having later hours for Ready Care! Would love to see those hours extended to Fridays and the weekends - when kids always get sick. The provider was awesome! Very friendly and answered all of our questions. We always have a great experience at Maple Grove.

The provider was impatient and dismissive of my kid's fear. Denial of their emotional state doesn't help, it only erodes trust. While I am aware of the immense time pressure of a dr.'s day, in a pediatric setting a child shouldn't feel your impatience and irritation. We talked to the provider briefly and in no way overstayed. Do better.
