Great experience. Thanks for being available same day for a sick/injured kiddo and for providing such attentive and thoughtful care.

We were in the room for over an hour and maybe had 15 min of doctor/nurse time. Everyone's time is important, including the patient.

Dr. Gears did not rush the visit and all questions were answered. She genuinely cares and that came across in her interaction with my child (and with me). I highly recommend her!!!

Hey, we absolutely love the Maple Grove Clinic. The only feedback that I have is, that typically in the past, we always get a visit summary after any well check and we did not this year, so I'm not sure if something changed with it or not, but it is nice to... to get those, the visit summaries, especially because they have the immunization list, so that would be my only feedback is to make sure to include those after well checks. Lisa is amazing. She takes the time to answer all our questions and is honest and forthright about her personal and professional experience. We trust her 100%.

The doctor was so efficient, but yet had time to listen to us. She was thorough with testing, and gave us great recommendations for managing symptoms at home. She was so personable and my daughter felt at ease with her right away.

Dr Gears is the best. She is always patient and listens. She enjoys my silly kids but does a nice job of steering their conversation back to their health. The only negative thing about partners in pediatrics is the wait time on the phone. It feels restrictive. We have waited as long as 45 minutes many times.

Everything was great. My son was experiencing vomiting and stomach pain, the front doors were open ten mins early when we arrived and as soon as I completed registration we were given a room and the nurses and doctor were in shortly. One of the nurses had my son laughing even while he was sick. Amazing with my child...thank you!

We love PIP and so far every physician we have seen for my daughter. I'm very impressed with how well they interact with my child and will continue to see PIP and guide others to your clinic
