We're always satisfied with our visits at Children's in Rogers, but Dr. Jiwa, sorry if I'm mispronouncing, she's just every time it's been over helpful, excuse me, and she really relates to the kids and she's very personable, gives us tips to calm them down when they're nervous about shots and all sorts of things. So I just really respect her and we're glad that we found her even as a substitute doctor. She's not our normal one, but she's been so great. So, thank you.

Dr. Fatima was amazing as always. Listened to our concerns and provided wonderful advice to take care of our sick kids. My son adores her because she is so gentle and kind with him. She explained what she was going to do because he was a bit nervous.

I really appreciated scheduling the appointment. I have 3 kids, under the age of 5, that were sick and the scheduler, scheduled all 3 kids at once with Dr. Jiwa, which I knew Dr. Jiwa, would approve, because she's wonderful and always takes great care of my family. She is fantastic. They were very helpful. Dr. Jiwa, was awesome. She took care of all of my kids, wonderful visit. Give you guys a 10. Thank you so much.

Dr. Jiwa has been my son's provider since he was a baby. She's knowledgeable and addresses my son's concerns with sincerity and kindness. Molly and Elanie were great! Elanie was so gentle with the vaccines that my son wanted to give her a hug afterwards! So appreciative of all the staff at PIP! Wait time was to long

Fatima is by far the best pediatrician I have ever had for my kids! She takes the time to listen and never appears to be rushed. She speaks at their level and ensure that they understand the plan and that they're questions are answered. I've always love Partners and Peds in Rogers and will always come there 'cause Fatima makes it extra special. It saddens me to think one day she won't be there and then other families and children won't be able to enjoy her as much as we have. Thank you.

Dr Jiwa has been and continues to be a gift to our family! She is a fantastic provider, straightforward, efficient, kind, informative and always proactive when there's an issue that needs to be addressed which is so appreciated. We feel incredibly lucky to have her as a pediatrician. The whole experience at Partners in Peds, Rogers, Mn has improved greatly over the past few years. Dr Jiwa has always been wonderful but now every part of the process is enjoyable. The scheduling team has been great the past year in particular (still can be a very long wait to get ahold of someone at times but understandable given the app option. While those long phone waits for a nurse still happen, overall, it does seem like the wait times have shortened considerably from past so whether this was an intentional or unintentional improvement, thank you!) The team at check-in on 8/1/23 was so kind and efficient, went out of their way to help get paperwork together for us. The self-rooming option is great, also very efficient. The nursing staff we had on 8/1/23 was incredible -Sam and Michelle were so helpful and kind. Moved us to a bigger room as we had a larger crew, Sam was helpful in getting documents we needed, Michelle gave vision/hearing/vaccines and was WONDERFUL with the kids (so good in-fact, that they finished their injections laughing...I'm not sure how that happened but she did it!) Thank you for the improvements that have and continue to be made. Please take good care of Dr. Jiwa! Can't imagine having another pediatrician for our kiddos. She is one of a kind, truly partners with parents when it comes to their kids care, she is the best.

Dr. Jiwa, is the best pediatrician ever, she really is. She does a great job looking after us just listening and reassuring the parents as well as the kids. She's the reason why I keep coming back and honestly she's just the best, she needs to know she's the best, and Rachel, who roomed us as well, is absolutely amazing, she's really is. We showed up at the wrong location and the clinic was so flexible that we were able to see a provider at that location. We really appreciated it

My daughter needed a throat culture, which she absolutely hates. The nurse was amazing and so patient with her. She was also as gentle as possible. Both she and the doctor were friendly and professional and we had a good experience despite the throat culture.

Dr. Fatima is fantastic! She is thorough , thoughtful, really listens to the problems and works to find the right treatment , care.

Glad that they offered my child numbing cream for her shots. That was the first time I recall being offered that. Worked well since she had to get 4 on this visit.
