Dr. Harney is always so prepared for our visits! She listens and is a true partner in figuring out options, resources, and solutions. Everyone from reception to nurses and others in the office are so kind and welcoming. We feel so lucky to have such a fantastic clinic close to home.

The provider we saw during my daughter's visit was AWESOME! I loved how she interacted with her, asked questions, and made my daughter feel comfortable. I also loved that the provider took time to explain things and teach me (mom)! I will keep coming back to PIP Maple Grove because we always have a great experience. Keep it up!

Our provider understood the anxiety and fear that we had about the possibility of our 5 month old (who was a 31 week old preemie) having RSV. She took the time to listen, acknowledge the concerns, discuss next steps, talk about an after care plan, and never felt like she was trying to rush us to get to the next patient. This is the type of care that every patient deserves and every family deserves. Empathy is a hard thing to teach, especially in medicine. With our long NICU stay and ongoing follow-ups, we know when there is someone who truly cares about our child. This provider was straight forward, realistic, direct, empathic, patient, and someone I felt confident that was providing the best care for our kiddo. I know these surveys don't always get linked back to the providers, so please let the direct care/urgent care provider for [our child] know that she was amazing.

Dr. Harney is awesome! I did take about an hour and 15 min for my child to have a 1 year well check with immunizations. Half the time was waiting and other half with providers.

Dr Harney is absolutely amazing! We followed her from her previous clinic and now drive almost an hour. We would follow her anywhere!! She's so great with my son who has autism. She talks to HIM. Listens to HIM. This means everything to me (and my son, I'm sure.) He's almost 18 and I'm getting sad at the thought of losing her in a few years because he needs to switch to an "adult" provider. He doesn't talk a whole lot when we are at appointments, but I hope she realizes how much he likes her and feels comfortable seeing her. This is huge. We can't just go to UC/WIC's. It's just way too stressful for him. He knows Dr Harney understands his "quirks" and that eases his stress. She is an amazing person/physician and I know how lucky we are to have her in our lives. I hope you all know what an asset she is and how lucky you are to have her providing care in your clinic.

Not only was this provider. Absolutely wonderful. Her nursing (INAUDIBLE)as well. So, thank you so much. This is our first time,(INAUDIBLE) provider and she's a great fit and you can tell she really loves what she's doing and our kids were smiling while receiving shots, which never happened. So, thank you.
