We saw Dr. Roby after having a very unpleasant experience with an ENT through a different organization. This visit was phenomenal. She listened to EVERY question and concern I had as a parent with a new diagnosis for a child. She gave a thorough plan of action with different alternatives with a time line. She explained imaging and medications with the why....which is just as important. It over all was a very great appointment and the wait was worth it to see her.

Dr. Roby is a phenomenal doctor. Our family is so blessed having her care.

I lived that Dr Robie talked to my teen about the injury and treatment as well as taking me and my husband. All the staff at the hospital for my son's surgery were amazing. Very caring and thoughtful.

The ENT was very good at providing information and options, and made sure I understood before we agreed surgery is necessary. I feel way less nervous knowing the surgery will be important and beneficial!

The MD was so helpful and answered all of our questions. She took her time and didn't make us feel rushed at all. It was a great experience.

Dr Roby is awesome. We've seen several Ents prior and she is by far the best.

Dr. Roby far exceeded any expectations I had. I am so thankful that we chose her for my son's care. She was knowledgeable and direct while showing she cared and helped my son to feel comfortable.

My only negative feedback would be how long it took us to get in for an appoint.

We had a great experience with our doctor, but I will say that the wait was quite long while we were in the office for a toddler to have to be waiting. And I also found the wait to get an appointment to be quite long. We waited several months and while we're really pleased with our care, I'm now hearing from other parents that we could have gone elsewhere and probably gotten an earlier appointment. So, while the care was great, the ... the wait was just a long time. Thank you.
