Nicole Banick is a wonderful provider. She's patient, informative, knowledgeable, caring, and kind. She explains things in an easy-to-understand manner, and gives us all the time we need. We always leave feeling confident in the care plan and armed with all the information we need. That can be hard to find in a doctor, so we definitely don't take it for granted. We fully trust her to manage our child's health. She's also amazing with our child; she really has a gift with kids and making them comfortable in a sometimes scary, uneasy situation. We definitely recommend her! Anne Van Gaver has been lovely to us as well. She's calm natured and kind, which makes us feel at ease and comfortable, even our toddler. She's thorough and careful. She always takes plenty of time to explain results and answer our questions. We definitely recommend her!

Great experience! They were prompt, friendly and did a great job explaining what was going on with our child. We will definitely recommend Children's for ENT related care. We look forward to getting our son's surgery scheduled so he can start to experience some relief.

I liked how we came got an evaluation done and made a plan, did the scan for his head and even got a referral for pt all in one appointment. So convenient and didn't take hours.

We enjoyed the visit with the audiologist as well as the physician's assistant. The scheduling for the procedure was tedious and time-consuming and wasn't explained clearly that it was a two-month wait and a five business day to return our call to schedule.

Love the satellite location in Woodbury. Very convenient.

Everything was awesome. Except when I rescheduled my son's appointment for his next visit they told me I never scheduled his appointment which I knew I did because I scheduled it right at the St. Paul location after his first appointment but they were super awesome for attentive and got us in the day his appointment was suppose to be. So I was very please for the correction.

The other people who came in the room to access our child were very happy and cheerful. Which, is so helpful for everyone.
