I am glad we brought pain medicine along to the appointment, as our son needed it. I was surprised there wasn't pain medicine offered proactively in the event we didn't bring any along. I would have appreciated a heads up to bring medicine and to know more of what to expect prior to this appointment. Our son was pretty upset , this is very out of character for him. I also was surprised we didn't receive any printed information on what to expect over these next 4-6 weeks leading up to the range of motion visit. Our son is favoring his arm quite a bit , it would be helpful to have tips on how to encourage him to start using it more now that he has his cast off. Perhaps this will simply come with time. The discharge paperwork post surgery was comprehensive, yet didn't cover post-cast care , this would be helpful to us as parents. Thank you!

We were impressed by the speed of care. We did not have to wait long between rooming and seeing the doctor or between getting the plan and the cast being applied.

This visit took much time. Try to make it brief next time
